Locally Owned and Sourced Northwoods Favorites

Scott Brandenburg founded the Three Lakes Cheese Haus to provide many of his family traditional recipes and locally sourced specialty products to residents and visitors of the Northwoods. Long time family relationships in the food industry introduced Scott to Wisconsinites that make these wonderful local products that you can buy right here in Three Lakes Wisconsin.  

First operated from a mobile trailer at local retailers and flea markets. The Cheese Haus now has a home at Jokin' Joe's of Three Lakes on Hwy 45. 

We're providing specialty items developed at our family restaurant as well as local homemade syrups, sausages, honey, mushrooms, and the best fresh cheeses from all over the State every week to our Three Lakes location and a few select retailers.
